The following is an English résumé of the different sections of my homepage.
"Hjem" - about me
My name is Tatiana Goldberg, I was born in 1981 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Denmark. I've been drawing and painting ever since I was first able to hold a pencil in my hand.
I'm educated as a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen, but I'm also a comic artist. While I'm working on my own independent series Kijara I'm publishing webcomics and short stories in print in various Danish anthologies like these:
The anthology series Fantasmagori:

The annual Danish 24-hour comic day anthologies:

"Kijara" - my current comic project
I'm currently working on a 48 page standard European album size comic under the working title "Kijara", the name of one of the main characters.
My main inspiration is the European sci fi genre and the American super hero genre. I started the project in 2006, but never really got anywhere other than drawing a few sketches and making a few notes. In 2008 I picked up the project again and made a complete storyboard, sketches and psychological profiles of the characters.

In January 2009 I started drawing the pages in A2 pencil sketches. I've done 23 pages so far.
The pencil sketches for the first two pages can be viewed here:

The comic is a European-size 48 page comic album - the story is set in the not too distant future where genetic enhancements have become standard practise. It's your standard good guys/bad guys story; the main characters on the good side are the two policeagents Darwin and Naid who work for a European police department specialized in dealing with genetic-enhancement associated crime. The main bad guys are the three coyote-brothers and their sister Kijara. They are involved in organized crime and lots of nasty stuff. Kijara ends up with the good guys when she saves a police agent, because she doesn't want to kill him. The police department want to use her as an agent, but they soon discover that she has a lot of problems and secrets...
"Persongallery" - about the characters
If you want to know more about my characters, I've created character sheets for them with lots of info on their background stories and personalities - you can find them in English in the Kijara section of my gallery on deviantART: http://kijara1.deviantart.com/gallery/#Kijara

I've created a Facebook page to keep people updated on the progress of my comic, a lot of the info and the updates are in English. There's also a picture gallery with drawings and cut-outs related to the comic:

"Kijara Tegneserier" - Kijara Comics
All of my short Kijara comics. They can be viewed in English in my deviantART gallery
http://kijara1.deviantart.com/gallery/#Kijara
"Andre tegneserier" - Other Comics
Here you can learn about previous comics I've done - among other things I've done two 24-hour comics that I think turned out quite well, considering my lack of experience in making comics, and a couple of contributions to a Danish online Christmas calendar.
I've also done a 10-page horror story called The Factory that's been published in a Danish comic anthology.
To view my comics in English, I recommend that you visit my deviantART page, everything I post here is in English:

There's only one catch to deviantART, and that's the fact that images containing violence, gore and/or nudity must have a mature content filter on, so you cannot see those pages unless you have a profile at deviantART.
24-hour comic 2008

My 24-hour comic 2008 done on October 18th 2008 can be viewed in English here:

If you're new to deviantART, what you do is this: click the first page, the one called "24-hour comic pg 1" - this opens the page. Once it's opened, you can click on the page to make it bigger and more readable. And then you just click the forward-button to view the next page.
Everything is done in 24 hours, idea, plot, characters, drawings and inking - 24 pages, in 24 hours, it's REALLY hard work! The different comic artists' contributions were gathered in a book afterwards - it can be bought here (in Danish only):

24-hour comic 2009

I participated in the Danish part of the 24-hour comics day again in 2009. This time I went for a more dark and scary story, mostly to challenge myself, since I find it too easy to just do humorous stories everytime - if you make it funny, you can get away with almost any story, but if you're keeping it more serious, it requires much more of an effort to do a really good story.
The story can be viewed in English here:

Page 12 and 14 are not available due to mature content (unless you have a deviantART profile) they can be viewed here:

Online Christmas calendar 2008
My contribution to the 24-episode online Christmas calendar at Seriejournalen.dk in 2008 can be seen in English here - Each episode is a 1-3 page parody on a James Bond movie starring the Seriejournalen.dk character "The Assborne Golem" as James Bond (yeah... it's a turd...), done be different Danish comic artists and illustrators. I did a three page parody on The World is Not Enough. each episode is done by different artists, I did episode 19:

Online Christmas calendar 2009
I participated in the online christmas calender at Seriejournalen.dk again in 2009 - this year the idea was to do a variation of comic artist Matt Madden's experiment "99 ways to tell a story" (http://www.exercisesinstyle.com/). Matt Madden's theory is, that you can draw the same scene in a comic in numerable ways, just by changing things like viewpoint and style. For the christmas calender it was decided to do a pretty lame "a man walks in to a bar" joke and see if it's possible to draw it 24 times and still keep it fresh and funny. We got a script and free hands to do the drawings - I did episode 2 and 12, they can be viewed in English here:
